Anyone arriving after this time will not be permitted to join. \nThe trip should take no more than 3 hours so expect to be back at the car park for midnight. \nParticipants are required to provide their own equipment and must at a minimum have suitable craft\, bouyancy aid with reflective strips and suitable helmet. Any paddler under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.  \n
